The foundation stone in what would become a successful metal processing company was laid by Mr and Mrs Baum and Mr Schwörer in 1993 in a warehouse formally belonging to the measuring instrumentation works in Zwönitz, Germany.

The company creates a wide range of products under its motto of “Precision from Saxony”. Indeed, products by B&S GmbH can be found in fi ttings, wheelchairs, agricultural machinery and tool-making machines. The company also has customers in the medical technology and automobile manufacturing industries. And the fact that vehicle manufacturers demand very high standards from their suppliers because of safety considerations speaks volumes for the quality of the products produced by B&S.

To make sure that this standard in quality could be maintained and to continue its progress, the company decided to invest in state-of-the-art machinery.
B&S GmbH, then, has access to a number of processing centres manufactured by well-known companies.
